The Decree of RF Government of 29th December, 2000 N1024 "On Partial Amendment to the Decree of RF Government Dated 12th July, 1999 N798"

The government of Russian Federation hereby orders:
1. As partial amendment to the Decree of the of the Russian Federation Government dated 12 July, 1999 N798 "On approving customs export duties for goods exported from the territory of the Russian Federation beyond the borders of Customs Union states-signatories " (Collection of Legislation of Russian Federation 1999, N29, art.3761; 2000, N14, art. 1502) to approve the attached export duty rates.
2. This Decree comes into force on the expiry of one month after the date of its official publication.

* With the purpose of custom duties' application the goods are determined only by Goods ID (TN VED). Brief names of positions are mentioned only for convenience. This note does not relate to the case when there is a statement in the column "Goods ID (TN VED)" indicating that the tariff is used not for all goods that are classified by the ID given. In this case the brief name of the position is to be taken into account.
