The management of Kazan footwear factory "Spartak" has taken a decision on changing the production schedule aimed at reducing the
turnover period for financial means. Usually production of footwear for the next season begins several months before season wholesale purchases,
which lead to freezing the money, which is always badly needed.
The other day the experimental shop has manufactured the first footwear items for spring and autumn
collection. Summer models are planned to be developed by the factory designers not earlier than March. Such policy, according to the leadership,
will permit to lower the expenses, connected with attracting loans from outside sources. Currently Spartak is being financed by the Tatfundbank.
Last month the enterprises' leader was again changed - one of Tatfundbank former employees has occupied the position.
