The 20th jubilee Federal Wholesale Fair of Textile and Light Industry Goods and Machinery was held in Moscow in March. This Fair has become
the biggest exhibition for the last decade, as practically all Russia's regions and 32 foreign countries were represented there. Over 60 thousand
people visited it during its work 17-20 March, and 25-28 March, 2003.
The countries had the following number of participants:

- 2, USA - 1, Taiwan - 21, Turkey - 73, Uzbekistan - 3, Ukraine - 24, France - 7, Czech Republic - 24, Switzerland - 1, South Korea - 39.
According to the Fair results the diploma "the best enterprise of the year" among others was received by: ZAO "Obuvprom" (Syzran),
OOO "Zaraisk-obuv" (Zaraisk), ZAO "Russkaya Kozha" (Ryazan), ZAO "Footwear Company Unichel" (Chelyabinsk), ZAO "Ostashkov
Tannery" (Ostashkov), OOO "Kurskaya Kosha" (Kursk), OOO "Kozhevnik" (Kamyshlov), ZAO "Kazan Artificial Leather Factory"
(Kazan), ZAO "SFF Vestfalika" (Novosibirsk).
The diploma 'For great contribution to the formation of the national market of home produced commodities' was received among others by: ZAO "Kors"
(Novosibirsk); OOO "Legprommarket" (Moscow); ZAO "MOF Parizhskaya Kommuna" (Moscow); ZAO "Kozhservice" (Bogorodsk),
ZAO "Chrom" (Yaroslavl), OAO "Vylgort Felt Boots Factory" (Vylgort); ZAO "Elets Tannery Kozha-M" (Elets).
