The Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Sverdlovsk Prosthetic and Orthopedic Factory" has started production of footwear for diabetics. Such footwear minimizes the load for the foot surface and compensates unsteady blood circulation with people who have diabetes. The footwear is distributed to all the diabetics residing in the Sverdlovsk region. The project is financed by the Federal budget.
