The difficult fate of the enterprise was mentioned in May in the article "Founders of Joint venture Marital quarreled, and the factory announced bankrupt". On September, 2 OOO JV "Marital" was sold at the tenders to Moscow OOO "TkARGO-XXI" for 29 million 400 thousand rubles. The initial price was 29 million rubles. The second pretender at the tenders was another Moscow firm - OOO "Enikomtex". The money will be used for extinguishing the debts, made by the enterprise over the past years. The new owner will get the production and administrative building, canteen, water purification station, storehouses, maintenance services building, the shop.
Leather business is one of the lines of activities of the new owners, who are planning to launch in October one more leather production in Novgorod region. The leaders of OOO TkARGO-XXI declared that they had experience of reviving bankrupt enterprises. The program of financial rehabilitation of JC Marital has been worked out. It is planned to instal new production lines and increase the personnel.
