According to the Decree N1406 dated 22nd October, 2003 adopted by the Belarus Government new higher export duties on raw hides came into force on the 3rd December, 2003. Now Belarus and Russian exporters pay the same export duties. For example the duty for wet-salted cattle hides (Code - 4101) now is EURO 500 per a ton.
