Industrial Department of Lipetsk region Administration was one of the organizers of Norway-Russian program called "Clean Industry". During last lust 2 years 12 local industrial enterprises have been involved in this program. After training in Norway specialists from Lipetsk region enterprises return home and implement know-how from Norway aimed at improvement of technologies used. For example, in the Elets tannery a new technology based on chemical solutions recycling was introduced. It allowed to reduce environment pollution as well as to reduce expenses on chemicals purchase by 2 million rubles during last year.
